Sushi Tetsu in London’s Clerkenwell

I owe a tremendous debt of gratitude to The Skinny Bib. Not only did he hook me up with an insane Thai meal at The Heron on Thursday, he also scored me one of the highly coveted seven seats at five-week-old Sushi Tetsu. After a sufficiently spicy mid-day meal, spectacularly fresh raw fish was the natural evening choice. I sat down at Toru Takahashi’s bar, ordered omakase and for the next three hours, I was treated to perfect sushi and sashimi. The Skinny Bib has the inside scoop on Sushi Tetsu here. I snapped a few shots of what I ate, a steady parade of artful and unforgettable food prepared by a master.
