    It’s that egg phase that is so super crucial. I’ve never seen anyone add the egg yolks like that. I might finally feel confident enough to try it. Love the gorgeous final presentation too.

    PS…I hope you don’t mind, but I posted a link to this page over on Chowhound where there is a rather lengthy debate on what constitutes a Carbonara and how to properly prepare it. I thought this video was a wonderful visual answer. Thanks again!
