Bettina will be featuring a four-course meal with items like focaccia pugliese, paccheri with sheep’s milk ricotta & walnuts, and, of course, their wood-fired Neapolitan-style pizzas. They will also be offering an optional beverage pairing that includes cocktails, wines of the Italian South and digestivi. The cost of the dinner is $75 and includes four courses, a signed copy of Food of the Italian South and conversations with the author. The optional beverage pairing will cost $35.
